This exciting activity aims to assist working artists in both showcasing and developing their work through open studios and exhibits within the beautiful Tree Street Area. Tree street residents also can participate and build a sense of pride in their community by working with neighbours and friends by hosting the artists.

Open to Artists and Artisans living AND working in the Geographe Region from Busselton to Preston Beach. This includes professional, established, emerging and student Artists. You may be asked to provide proof of residence in the Geographe Region. Also open to artist groups working in the region.
All registrations will be reviewed by TSAS and any that do not meet the guidelines on this page, will be refunded minus a $20 administration fee.
No refunds for artist cancellations or dropouts
Event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances – entry fee is non refundable
In most locations Public Liability is not required however, we always recommend you have it. You will be insured under your hosts home and contents insurance. If your allocated location is a public space you will require your own public liability

Unique invitation to participate in the annual event.
Listing in the 3,000 Event maps distributed for the event.
Listing includes your art, artist profile, contact details & map entry.
Presence on our web site with contact details and art images.
Opportunity to be featured on our social media platforms Facebook & Instagram. Please note, there is no guarantee you will be featured on our social media. The artists we post are based on the quality of content you provide us. If your imagery is not high res/high quality it won't be used. Unfortunately with over 120 artists involved it is impossible for us to feature everyone.
Opportunity to sell art to continue to fund your artistic passion. In 2024 our artists sold over $56k worth of art.
Emerging artist applicants will receive 4 x free group mini mentoring sessions with local established artists.
application process:
Once you submit your application the committee will review your information and send you a confirmation email of your acceptance in January. Due to the volume of applications we won't be in touch until then.
Each year we get a number of questions in regards to how we allocate our artists to their map locations/host homes. The allocation process is as follows:
Artists and Vendors who apply who have pre-arranged with a host to display their artwork at their home will be allocated to that location. Please mention your host on the application form and request your host mention your name when they apply.
Those artists who don't have a prearranged host home will be allocated to the remaining hosts who do not have artists. We never have enough hosts in the Tree Street Art Safari, if you know someone who lives in the area get together with them and apply together.
