I have been painting in watercolour for seven years. I continue to develop and extend my painting and drawing skills through classes and workshops and participation in a local art group. I am inspired by the natural environment to paint land and seascapes and also by the built features that become part of those scenes. I have recently begun to challenge myself to paint “en plein air”. This has been a beautiful way for me to observe and experience new places.
