I was born in Bunbury and began painting when I moved to Singapore in 2010. It was the realization of a fondly held dream, that until then I couldn't indulge due to a busy lifestyle. I paint for my own pleasure and I find it is like meditating , it gives me peace of mind. My inspiration comes from my travelling experiences, grandchildren and the environment around me. I love doing portraits and I try to express the feelings of my subjects in my portraits. I have travelled around Australia in our caravan and have done many paintings capturing the essence of the Australian Outback. My favourite medium is oil painting and I am open to doing commissions and have done many along my journey.
